[maxgallery name=”45-lansing-construction-progress-summer-2014″]The rising reinforced concrete skeleton of 45 Lansing is beginning to make a skyline impact throughout many city vantage points. Contractor Build Group has built nearly half of the building’s eventual 39 floors and has already started installation on the lower floors’ facade and exterior windows. Renderings from architect firm HKS Architects show a rectangular shaped building with a white paneled facade and emerald colored windows that should visually blend into the neighboring One Rincon Hill Towers. When completed, the 430 foot tall condominium complex will contain 320 residential units, 260 subterranean parking spots, and 93 bicycle spaces. The owner of the building, Crescent Heights, expects project completion by December 2015.
