As urban cycling continues to gain momentum in the United States, the festival has grown in popularity and raised more than $3 million to local non-profit organizations. On Saturday, the event raised more than $30,000 to local non-profits San Francisco Bike Coalition and Bay Area Ridge Trail Council. The 10 city traveling festival continues to San Diego next week and concludes in early October at Tempe, Arizona.
